We've developed this site in order to add another means of communication for our residents. We hope you will participate by sending suggestions, questions, and issues of concern by way of the suggestion form. NOTICE OF 2010 ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS 

The Annual Meeting of Members of the Stone OakProperty Owners Association, Inc., a Texas Non-profit Corporation, will be held on Wednesday, January 27, 2010, at 7 o’clock p.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Banquet Hall, at 25023 Huebner Road, San Antonio, Texas 78258, for the following purposes:

            (1)        To elect six (6) Directors to serve two (2) year terms and until their successors have been duly elected and qualified.

            (2)        To transact such other business as may properly come before the Meeting and any adjournments thereof.

Only Members in good standing at the close of business on January 11, 2010, are entitled to vote at the Meeting.  A list of Members entitled to vote at the Meeting will be open for examination at the Association’s offices during ordinary business hours for a period of at least ten (10) days prior to the Meeting.  Eligible Members that appear and/or vote by proxy, must file a written proxy with the Association not less than three (3) business days, exclusive of the date of filing, prior to the Meeting.

Candidates nominated for election to the Board by the Nominating Committee established as required by the Association’s bylaws are the following:
