The Stone Oak POA is responsible for upholding and ensuring the restrictions set forth in the Stone Oak POA Master Plan. If you own property within Stone Oak POA boundaries, you pay assessments to the Stone Oak POA. Residential property owners pay HOA assessments to their neighborhood HOA, as well as Stone Oak POA assessments.
