Stone Oak Absentee Ballots Due - 5pm

Description:
The Stone Oak POA Annual Meeting packets will be mailed to all property owners on February 27th, 2026. 
 
Included in the packet:
  • Notice of Annual Meeting
  • Annual Meeting Agenda
  • Candidate Profiles
  • Absentee Ballot - this must be completed, signed and returned to the POA Office NO LATER THAN 5 pm March 19th.
Completed ballots can be mailed or hand delivered to the POA Office - 19230 Stone Oak Parkway, Suite 315, San Antonio TX 78258
(3rd floor of Falcon Bank Building)

Absentee Ballots are the only form of voting for the 2026 POA Board of Directors. Incomplete absentee ballots will not be counted.
