The City of San Antonio is also hosting 2017 Christmas Tree Drop-Off Sites in several locations throughout the City, Saturday and Sunday January 7th and 8th, and January 14th and 15th from 8:00AM to 1:00PM.   Note one of the locations is Stone Oak Park.  You do not have to provide a CPS bill to drop off a tree.  Call 210-207-6428 or 311 with any questions.
