- Absentee Ballot - this must be completed, signed and returned to the POA Office NO LATER THAN 5 pm March 19th.
Completed ballots can be mailed or hand delivered to the POA Office - 19230 Stone Oak Parkway, Suite 315, San Antonio TX 78258

Absentee Ballots are the only form of voting for the 2026 POA Board of Directors. Incomplete absentee ballots will not be counted.

Stone Oak POA Annual Meeting
Tuesday, March 24th, 2026, 6:45pm to 8:30pm at The Club at Sonterra
Annual Meeting of the Stone Oak POA.
All members with property owned inside the the POA boundaries may attend.
Members encouraged to arrive at 6:45 to sign in as the meeting will begin promptly at 7 pm.
Stone Oak Donation & Dumping Event
Saturday, March 28th, 2026, 8am to 12:30pm at Baptist Hospital Parking Lot
A truck will be onsite to collect your donated items, and the City of San Antonio will have a large dump trailer on site for your larger trash items. (The POA is unable to offer assistance in transporting items)
Please note: The POA coordinates this event as a courtesy for residents. Contractors should make other disposal arrangements
