Deadline for Absentee Ballots to be returned

Today is the deadline to return all 2021 Stone Oak POA Annual Meeting of Members Absentee Ballots.  (The meeting took place virtually on Wednesday, March 31st.)
 
Signed, completed ballots must be received in our office by close of business April 8th to be counted.
 
Ballots can be dropped at the POA office at 19210 Huebner Rd, Suite 100, San Antonio, TX 78258.  There is also a dropbox outside the building.  Completed ballots may also be returned via email to mlorente@StoneOakPOA.com.  
Free Shredding Event
Saturday, April 17th, 2021, 8am to 1pm at Baptist Parking Lot - Madison Oak and Stone Oak Pkwy
 
Please come to our FREE shredding event! 
 
This event will be held 8AM-1PM in the Baptist Hospital parking lot at Madison Oak and Stone Oak Pkwy. 
 
There is a limit of 4 boxes/bags per vehicle.  Please read the following for restrictions:  Free Shredding Event 2021.pdf
 
We ask that you please wear a mask when conversing with our team during this event.
 
This is VERY popular - please come EARLY!  In the rare event the trucks become full, we will have to close the lines early.
